This page explains how information is handled when you visit the Callyra website or choose to contact us.

What we receive and why
If you email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to answer your enquiry and discuss a possible project. The website form asks for your name, email, service of interest and message; company is optional. The basis may be steps requested by you before a contract or our legitimate interest in responding, depending on the enquiry. We do not use these details for newsletters or advertising.
How the form works
In the current setup, the email button prepares a message in your own email app; nothing is sent until you press Send there. You can download a brief locally, which stays on your device. If an external form service is configured later, this notice must be updated with the provider and data flow before activation.
Hosting and recipients
This site is hosted on a Hetzner VPS in the Helsinki region, Finland. The server may process technical data such as your IP address, access time and requested page to deliver and secure the site. Contact email is hosted by Google. These providers may access data needed for their services under the applicable terms. WhatsApp and other external links take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Cookies and local storage
This version of the site adds no analytics or marketing cookies and loads no advertising scripts. We store only the fact that you dismissed the cookie information locally, so it does not appear on every page. You can clear this preference in your browser site data or reopen the notice from the footer. Optional tools added later would require separate information and a choice before activation.
How long data is kept
Messages received are retained as needed to respond and manage the discussion or contractual relationship, then according to applicable legal obligations. Web server logs are rotated daily when they contain entries; up to 14 archives are retained alongside the current file. This setting covers logs managed on the VPS, not any separate records maintained by the providers. A downloaded brief stays under your control.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability or objection. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Email the address above. You can also complain to the national data protection authority.
